Aker Ink has hired industry veteran and expert digital strategist Lauren Garstecki as Managing Director. As a transformational business leader, she oversees our account teams and drives the strategy and development of creative, results-driven marketing programs. In addition, Lauren will scale the agency’s operations and expand our market presence.
Lauren has more than two decades of experience steering cross-disciplinary teams and guiding business development strategies for organizations at all levels – from Fortune 500s to early-stage enterprises. Her far-reaching expertise spans a variety of industries, including healthcare, consumer packaged goods, financial services and manufacturing.

Before joining Aker Ink, Lauren served as the Senior Vice President of client services for a prominent Milwaukee-based digital marketing and advertising agency. Additionally, Lauren served as a digital strategy consultant for enterprise-level organizations, advising on digital transformations and high-impact solutions yielding business success.
When she’s not devising new strategies or pouring through analytics, Lauren dedicates time to a bevy of fitness activities on land and water.
