As we expand our footprint locally and nationally, we are very proud to announce Mary Little has joined the team as Vice President of Public Relations.
Complementing our longstanding reputation for excellence serving B2B clients, Mary is a dynamic communications professional with a proven track record and more than two decades of experience at global, national and local integrated marketing agencies. She will oversee our public relations group, while working closely with Aker Ink’s CEO and President Andrea Aker to help guide strategic PR direction and messaging for clients across the agency’s client portfolio.

Translating creative ideas into solid results for a wide range of clients from education and healthcare to financial services and more, Mary is a fervent advocate of integrated marketing and public relations programs. She brings a wealth of expertise in consumer marketing, brand management and product promotion for well-respected local and national brands. In addition to overseeing planning and execution of public relations campaigns, she will work collaboratively with the digital marketing team to enhance clients’ marketing strategy.
Prior to joining Aker Ink, Mary was founder and president of Strategic Ink, a public relations agency specifically launched to deliver senior-level public relations counsel and communications support to agencies across the Valley in need of seasoned assistance. During her time with Strategic Ink, Mary flexed her creative muscle developing smart plans and high-impact communications for some of the most prominent agencies in Phoenix.
Before that, she served as vice president of PR in the Phoenix office one of the largest independent agencies in the nation, Cramer-Krasselt. Here, she worked closely with senior leadership across the agency to develop award-winning PR programs for clients covering a wide swathe of industries for more than a decade. In addition to managing various client teams, she drove multi-faceted communications programs that included media relations, grand openings, collateral, promotions and more for well-known brands, including University of Phoenix, Grand Canyon University, Phoenix Children’s Hospital, RA Sushi and Arizona Science Center.
Originally from Canada, Mary is a graduate of York University and Centennial College, both in Toronto, where she concurrently earned a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology and Graduate Certificate in Corporate Communications and Public Relations.
