The American Marketing Association (AMA), Phoenix Chapter, recently selected Account Executive Sarah Brown to serve on its board of directors as Vice President of Membership — a testament to her skill, experience and dedication to advancing the industry.
In this position, Sarah will collaborate with fellow leadership in developing acquisition strategies that drive new memberships while encouraging existing members to maximize their engagement. She aims to promote the value and benefits of involvement while connecting members to events, resources and opportunities tailored to their career objectives.
“My goal is to take a very proactive, high-touch approach to this role, capitalizing on personalized, one-on-one outreach to help new and prospective members feel welcome, seen and supported,” Sarah said. “I want each member to know they’re part of a community, which is what the AMA Phoenix chapter is all about.”
At Aker Ink, Sarah oversees the execution and analysis of marketing initiatives for diverse clients. Her skillset spans website strategy, digital media campaigns, tradeshow management, market research and branding. She holds certifications in GA4, Google Looker Studio, HubSpot Inbound Marketing, HubSpot SEO, HubSpot Email Marketing and HubSpot Digital Marketing.
