For the third consecutive year, Aker Ink has been selected as a finalist in Phoenix Business Journal’s Best Places to Work awards program, which recognizes employers across the Valley that go above and beyond to champion outstanding workplace culture.
Rankings are based on confidential employee surveys measuring success in team dynamics, trust in leadership, communication and more, with top-scoring organizations earning a coveted spot among hundreds of applicants.
Aker Ink’s acknowledgement in the micro category (10 to 24 employees) is the result of a workplace where collaboration, growth and genuine connections come first. As the company has expanded, so has its commitment to ensuring every team member feels valued and equipped with the resources they need to thrive, personally and professionally.

Final rankings will be announced at the Dec.16 ceremony, with honorees featured in the Dec. 19 edition of the Phoenix Business Journal.
