Founded in 2009, AZIMA is committed to setting the standard in interactive marketing in Arizona through education, events, networking, scholarships and recognition of excellence. Driven by an extreme passion for interactive marketing, the founders of AZIMA created the organization to help Arizona agencies, businesses, educational institutions and students improve their understanding and application of interactive marketing best practices. “AZIMA is the local hub for digital marketers and technology innovators who are on the cutting edge of their craft and advance best practices,” Andrea said. “I’m eager to contribute to their efforts and add a new viewpoint with my PR and journalistic foundation.” Andrea will serve as the events chair. AZIMA events span 12 areas of digital innovation, including search, design, content, social media, ecommerce and more. AZIMA is a member of the Interactive Marketing Association Alliance, an initiative led by digital marketing organizations across the country. Andrea is a seasoned board member, also serving as a director for the McDowell Sonoran Conservancy. She previously dedicated her time to the Public Relations Society of America, Scottsdale Leadership and Social Venture Partners. Learn more about her community involvement.
