An esteemed graduate of the master’s program at Arizona State University’s Walter Cronkite School of Journalism, Aker Ink CEO Andrea Aker recently shared how her time at ASU impacted her professional journey as part of a student-written Alumni Highlight series featuring the college’s most influential graduates.
She expressed that the training and connections she received influenced her desire to launch the Aker Ink Scholarship in 2018 to help the next generation of PR and journalism professionals access the best opportunities available.
Once a journalist, now one of the state’s top marketing and PR executives, Andrea earned a Bachelor of Arts in Journalism from the University of Arizona and a Master of Mass Communications from ASU.
