Katy Springer is a 20-year PR veteran whose experience spans healthcare, education, consumer and hospitality, finance and B2B. She has created and executed communications strategies for big-name brands both locally and nationally.

Katy’s first love is media relations. She has strong news judgment and knows exactly how to position clients’ stories to pique interest and secure coverage – but that’s just one part of her formula. Katy’s ability to build relationships with reporters and producers is second-to-none, not only because she makes friends with everyone she meets, but because she dots every i to ensure media have everything they need to turn a fabulous story.

A journalism grad, Katy has a gift with a pen (or a keyboard, as it were) with hundreds of blog posts, opinion editorials, guest submissions, award entries and white papers to her name. Her skill lies in her ability to distill down highly complex topics into everyday language. Beyond her long-form prowess, she also handles copywriting for websites, emails, sales sheets and social posts.

Above all, Katy is known for her tenacity and do-or-die attitude, which have earned her numerous awards from the Public Relations Society of America and a hefty share of client accolades.

Katy graduated Magna Cum Laude with a degree in Communications/Journalism from the University of Utah.
