With a critical eye on brand standards and budget constraints, she effectively addresses clients’ overarching wants, needs and goals.

As both a hands-on “doer” and strategic thinker, Sarah’s diverse and detail-oriented skill set spans website strategy, digital media campaigns, tradeshow management, market research and the complete creation and execution of brand strategies. She holds certifications in GA4, Google Looker Studio, HubSpot Inbound Marketing, Hubspot SEO, HubSpot Email Marketing and HubSpot Digital Marketing.

Before joining Aker Ink, Sarah refined her expertise at a mid-sized B2B marketing agency where she crafted integrated marketing strategies and collaborated closely with a wide range of clients to build and define their brand identities. Her talent and dedication shone through as she started as an Account Coordinator and swiftly advanced to the position of Senior Account Executive during her tenure.

Committed to professional development, Sarah is a volunteer membership coordinator for the American Marketing Association, Phoenix chapter. In this role, she helps develop retention activities and assists in planning new member events.

Sarah holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communications & Media Studies with a minor in Marketing from Northern Illinois University. In her college years, she demonstrated her leadership abilities as Vice President of Public Relations for her professional business fraternity, Pi Sigma Epsilon.

Off the clock, Sarah transforms into a serial hobbyist. Her current favorites include pickling, gardening and painting — each pursued with the same fervor and dedication she brings to her account management role. Through it all, Waffle, her loyal basset hound, is always by her side.

  • Midwest Roots, Sunshine Pursuits: Born and bred in the Midwest, Sarah bid farewell to the chilly, windy winters of Chicago and embraced a new chapter under sunnier skies in 2021. It’s here that she found her “endless summer” haven.
  • Chords & Choruses: Coming from a family steeped in musical tradition, Sarah has always been surrounded by melodies and rhythms. She has played the clarinet and ukulele, and loves to sing, embracing almost every genre of music.
  • Adventure Seeker: There’s nothing Sarah adores more than exploring the great outdoors with her trusty sidekick, Waffle. Together, they uncover new paths and create memories one paw print at a time.
