Aker Ink Account Coordinator Taylor Holmes has been selected as a member of The League, a young professionals council at the Arizona Animal Welfare League (AAWL).
The League is a council of 25 young professionals who care about animal welfare and are interested in driving change to expand AAWL’s outreach to younger audiences.
Taylor will lend her PR and marketing skillset to the organization, helping to identify new fundraising opportunities and strategies to engage young people as donors, volunteers, advocates and adopters. She will serve a one-year term.
“I’ve been volunteering with AAWL since April, and I’m eager to get involved in more aspects of the shelter’s operations and outreach,” Taylor said. “I am looking forward to connecting with my fellow councilmembers and contributing my expertise to a great cause.”
AAWL is Arizona’s oldest and largest no-kill animal shelter. The organization re-homes more than 4,000 dogs and cats each year. Learn more about AAWL here.
