At the Public Relations Society of America’s 2024 Copper Anvil Awards, Aker Ink was honored with two top accolades — one for our exceptional Media Relations with Phoenix REALTORS® and another for our high-impact Digital/Social Media Campaign for Mulberry Farms, an Arizona retirement community.
Both campaigns were recognized for excellence in research, strategy and execution, delivering measurable results that far outperformed industry standards.
Our media relations campaign for Phoenix REALTORS® netted 111 stories and generated 3.8 million impressions in just one year, nearly doubling our goal. We expanded their presence in 12 new outlets and gained national attention from NBC News, TIME and National Mortgage News.
Our digital campaign for Mulberry Farms served as the developer’s top lead generator, boosting inquiries and engagement through Google Ads. On Facebook, we captured 6,100 landing page views. Of those, 85% were engaged sessions. While typically fewer than four in 10 visitors interact with Meta’s housing pages, we achieved nearly nine in 10 interactions, well above industry averages.
Hosted by the Phoenix chapter of PRSA, the Copper Anvil Awards recognize excellence in a wide range of public relations and communications strategies. They are considered one of the highest honors in the industry.
