To combat a waning number of young professionals entering the accounting field, the Arizona Society of CPAs is launching numerous initiatives to educate Millennials and Gen Z about the myriad benefits and opportunities within the industry. As part of their efforts, CPA volunteers are sharing their inspirational and motivational stories via video online.
To help these CPAs craft compelling stories in a functional manner, Aker Ink CEO Andrea Aker and Marketing Manager Bri Gibson presented a video storytelling workshop. They educated participants on the key elements of effective storytelling, the various types of story techniques and messages that would resonate with their target audience, and the logistics of creating videos on their phones.
All CPAs received continuing education credits for attending the presentation. Associations and other industry groups can call on Aker Ink for a wide range of marketing and public relations speeches and workshops. Contact us to request a presentation.
