Aker Ink’s resident wordsmith Hannah Pollard manages agency content creation, devising compelling copy that generates results while ensuring exceptional quality, creativity and strategy are upheld agency-wide. She executes and oversees cohesive content tailored to myriad target audiences, collaborating with PR and marketing professionals to align each client’s unique voice and message with its broader business objectives.
Named “Rising Star of the Year” by the Arizona Innovation Marketing Association (AZIMA) in 2024, Hannah navigates content with empathy, tact, wit and a keen eye for grammar. She is also trained in UX, SEO and GEO writing, helping facilitate seamless navigation and increased brand visibility across digital platforms.
An integral part of Aker Ink since January 2022, Hannah has advanced from Copywriter, to Content Manager, to Senior Content Manager within the agency, each role strengthening her storytelling and strategizing skills as the foundation for her reliable, versatile leadership.
Previously, Hannah steered the content direction behind multiple award-winning campaigns at a mid-sized marketing agency in Phoenix, orchestrating everything from creative concepts, scripts and blogs to technical pieces and paid media. Prior to this, Hannah served as the editor of a marketing agency in Lincoln, NE, where she created and managed all written content.
Beyond agency life, Hannah is a member of UMOM’s Young Professionals Board. She leverages her marketing and content expertise to help promote mission-driven initiatives that drive community awareness and engagement for the state’s largest family emergency shelter.
Hannah earned bachelor’s degrees in journalism and Spanish from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln, graduating summa cum laude. As a student, her long-form writing earned national recognition in the Hearst Enterprise Reporting Awards.
When her fingers aren’t hitting the keyboard, you can find Hannah outside exploring nature or inside watching Netflix with her cat, Mac. She also enjoys whipping up home-cooked meals, religiously hitting the gym and playing her favorite tunes by ear on the piano.

- Globetrotter Alert: Although her time abroad was short-lived, Hannah has traveled to Paris, London, Amsterdam and Barcelona; and even spent a night in Oslo, Norway. The next dream destinations on her travel list are Italy, Greece, Australia and Thailand.
- Love at First Lake: Hannah met her now-husband in the most romantic of all settings: a pool bar in the Lake of the Ozarks, of course. The only problem? She lived in Lincoln, NE, and he lived in Saint Louis, MO. After a year and a half of toughing out long distance, they found a place in Phoenix they could both call home.
- Hungry, Hungry Hannah: The way to this content pro’s heart is through her stomach. Indian, Greek and Thai and sushi are her current cultural cuisine fixations, but she will never turn down a perfectly cooked medium-rare steak and loaded baked potato.
