A strategic storyteller and relationship builder, Niamh Sutton helps companies increase awareness, thought leadership and leads through multi-faceted PR campaigns. As Media Relations Strategist, she’s focused on identifying and securing news stories that are essential for positioning brands and building public reputations.

Niamh’s expertise spans the B2B and B2C sectors, with a deep understanding of how to adapt strategies depending on the organization’s business development goals and growth plans. Whether crafting compelling story angles, connecting with key journalists or guiding spokespersons through comprehensive media training, she helps a wide variety of companies realize the benefits of proactive PR at the local and national levels.

Before joining Aker Ink, Niamh served as a Senior Account Executive at a Scottsdale-based marketing agency, where she led media outreach, content development and client partnerships for B2B brands and nonprofits. Earlier in her career, she honed her relationship-building skills at a recruitment firm in Dublin, Ireland, where she was born and raised.

Niamh is an active member of the Public Relations Society of America. She earned a Bachelor of Arts in Media Production Management and Communications from Dublin City University and a Higher National Diploma in Journalism from Ballyfermot College of Further Education.

When not engaging with journalists or polishing pitches, Niamh is a mom to two energetic boys. She enjoys exploring Phoenix, keeping up with social media trends and finding creative outlets that sharpen her storytelling instincts.
