At the annual TIM Awards, where the Arizona Innovation Marketing Association (AZIMA) recognizes the industry’s best and brightest, Aker Ink was the only agency to bring home a “Mastery” title – the highest honor – in the Search Marketing/PPC (Pay-Per-Click) Campaign category.

The Google Ads campaign, developed to help Axis for Autism spur autism evaluation requests across Arizona, leveraged a modest budget of $17,500 stretched from January to June. Despite the comparatively small spend, our campaign generated the following results:

  • We ranked among the top 3 ads on the page 88% of the time.
  • We ranked as the No. 1 ad 30% of the time. Wordstream data reports most healthy search campaigns find an absolute max of 20%.
  • We obtained a cost-per-conversion of $41. The medical industry average is $78.

Along with the TIM Awards, this month alone Aker Ink was named a finalist in Phoenix Business Journal’s “Best Places to Work;” our CEO Andrea Aker joined InBusiness Phoenix’s coveted “Women of Achievement” cohort; and we took home top honors with a Judges’ Award for media relations excellence at the PRSA Copper Anvils – also the event’s highest honor.
