Dedicated, creative and energetic, Bianca Martinez is responsible for executing all facets of organic and paid social media campaigns as a Social Media Strategist with Aker Ink. She brings a thoughtful, data-driven approach to every campaign, strategy and post, elevating companies’ social media presences with the intentional use of metrics, trends and primary research.
Bianca plays an essential role in developing social media strategies aimed at growing brands and achieving overall business development goals. Her creativity and entrepreneurial mindset help companies manage evolving best practices and shifting trends with ease. She also navigates the paid and organic nuances of B2B and B2C campaigns, making her a valuable utility player.
Prior to joining Aker Ink, Bianca launched the social media team at a digital marketing agency in Phoenix, where she trained, developed and organized the department from top to bottom. Before that, she served as an Account Executive with Yelp, guiding companies with their online presences, and she held communication roles with the San Diego World Affairs Council, where she assisted with strategic social media management as well as photo and video production.
Bianca earned a Bachelor of Arts in International Studies from UC San Diego with a focus on Political Science and a regional focus on Latin America.
When she’s not devising her next strategy, Bianca uses social media as her own creative outlet. She is also an accomplished photographer, enjoys reading and journaling, and proudly conducts Master Chef competitions with herself.
